More than 80 percent of health outcomes are influenced by what happens outside the four walls of a hospital or health clinic. Yet, funding sources for the social drivers of health remain challenging and federal policy is shifting its focus.

 

How are organizations responding and what impact will it have on health outcomes? What policies are needed to better align incentives? And how could the landscape change with a new governor and Legislature?
