WPA Past-President Inaugurated as WMS President

Outgoing WPA President Jerry L. Halverson, MD, of Fitchburg, was inaugurated as the 164th President of the Wisconsin Medical Society during the Society’s Annual Meeting at the Monona Terrace Community and Convention Center in Madison on April 25.

Halverson, who recently achieved Distinguished Fellow status of APA, serves as Medical Director of Adult Services and FOCUS program at Rogers Memorial Hospital in Oconomowoc. For the past two years, he has served as president of the Wisconsin Psychiatric Association. Read more...
