Doctor Day has evolved in its ten-year history and grown into what is now one of the largest and most unique advocacy events for physicians in the country. The event, as an equal partnership of multi-specialty medical societies, is only made possible with the financial support of each partnering organization. Your commitment is vital to ensure Wisconsin physicians understand the difference they can make in the legislative process and are provided the necessary tools for engaging in grass roots advocacy. .

Your Sponsorship Includes:

• Advocacy: Your organization will have opportunity to submit an issue paper that is made available to all event attendees, and to all legislative offices.
• Participation: Your members may participate in Doctor Day at no cost. Promote the importance of advocacy by allowing your members an opportunity to learn the legislative process first hand, and to meet in groups with their state legislators.
• Promotion: Your organization will be listed in all information that is shared with prospective attendees, and more importantly, with 100% of legislative offices in the Capitol. Host organizations will be showcased in electronic promotions, social media announcements and on the conference app, as well as on-site signage. 
• Networking: Your members will have an opportunity to network with physician colleagues from across disciplines during the breakfast, lunch and reception functions. 
• Recognition: Sponsors and hosts will be recognized on signage and from the podium during Doctor Day.
  

Medical Society/Host Organization Sponsorship Levels  

• $1,750 - Organizations with more than 500 Members 
• $1,250 - Organizations with 101 to 500 Members 
• $750 - Organizations with fewer than 100 Members

Corporate and Health System Sponsorship Levels  

• $2,500 

NEW! Reserve a Meeting Room for your Organization - $250
Smaller meeting rooms are available for organizations to meet either the night before or early morning before Doctor Day begins. Rooms are available on a first come first serve basis, with priority given to past sponsoring organizations for $250 per room. To reserve a meeting room, the organization must be a Doctor Day Sponsor.
