Mental Healthcare in Milwaukee: Opportunities and Challenges

 

Milwaukee County has spent more than a decade moving its mental healthcare services from institutions to the community. A Wisconsin Health News panel in Milwaukee on Nov. 13 will provide an update on those efforts, as well as insight into challenges facing the mental health field, including workforce, access to care, and funding.
